how I woke up this morning, and an exciting announcement to come...

...well, at least the cats aren't dead.

Let me back track.

I stayed up until nearly mid-night last night waiting for my teenage daughter to come home safely. (What To Expect When You're Expecting left this chapter out). This, mind you, is way past my bedtime.

Having been so tired lately, I got crazy with my routine and planned to sleep in this morning...which for me, is 6am. Trust me. By 7am, I feel like the day is over, so this WAS crazy. Unfortunately, my husband woke me out of a dead sleep at 5am....
